All prices reflect buyer’s cost of product in U.S. currency. Prices do not include freight, applicable federal, state and local tax charges and duties, or special crating requirements for export shipment. Colors shown are reproduced electronically and may vary slightly from actual colors. If you require samples of fabrics, or finishes (wood or metal), we will be happy to provide them. You can:

Please note that colors ordered from different manufacturers do not match. Also please be sure to note the model # you are considering and the color names of the samples you want for that item. We ship all samples via U.S. mail unless otherwise instructed.

Replacement Parts

We recognize that occasionally you may require parts for items you have purchased from us in the past. We are happy to offer our parts replacement service to you. In general, we can usually supply you with: table leg tips, folding chair tips, folding table legs and replacement letters for magnetic boards. If you have a copy of your original invoice or anything that refers to the order number, it will help expedite your request. International Clients

adirondackdirect  welcomes international orders and will gladly ship your order anywhere in the world. To set up an account for a first-time international customer, you need to contact us directly at 718 204 4555 and provide us with your name, shipping and mailing addresses, your telephone number and e-mail address. We will use this information to establish your adirondackdirect  account and subsequently e-mail you the approval notification.

All pricing is in U.S. dollars. All international orders must be paid in U.S. funds at the time the order is placed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards as well as Letters of Credit. We do not accept checks or COD for international orders.

Please note that prices do not include shipping costs. We can bill shipping charges from our distribution centers to your forwarder’s U.S. shipper. Your forwarder must then provide you with a quote or billing for additional shipping from their address to the international shipping destination. In all cases, we will contact you via e-mail and confirm actual shipping charges when you place your order.

You are solely responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes and additional expense necessary for the exporting country (U.S.), the destination country, or any intermediary country through which your order may pass. We recommend that you research these potential charges prior to placing your order with adirondackdirect. We also recommend you visit CustomsClearance.net and The Transportation Directory websites. These sites are good places to research the costs and logistics of purchasing from U.S. based companies.

The products sold by adirondackdirect  are subject to U.S. export control and sanctions regulations. Any export or re-export contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.

Leasing Options

Leasing may be an option for certain customers. Some customers choose to Lease or Lease to Purchase, depending on their needs. adirondackdirect  is happy to work with you and third-party leasing companies to help you get the furniture you want on the terms that are best for you.. Shipping/Freight Costs

At adirondackdirect  we want our customers to receive the absolute lowest shipping cost available. Therefore, we have chosen to not use computer generated freight rates like some of the competition. Because we are a high volumne shipper, we can negotiate huge discounts from our freight carriers. We will negotiate the best rate, and then pass along the savings directly to you, our customer.

adirondackdirect  provides nationwide shipping from various warehouses throughout the U.S. for fast delivery.

Freight charges are listed F.O.B. (based on point of origin/nearest available shipping point). Freight charges are additional and are added to your order. Freight charges are based on Standard Tailgate Delivery within the 48 contiguous states. Prices increase depending on the type of custom delivery you require.

• Standard Tailgate Delivery  —  the driver will bring the freight only to back of the truck (tailgate). Consignee (customer) is responsible for off loading merchandise.
• Liftgate Delivery  —  Recommended for heavier or larger shipments. A liftgate will assist customers in removing the merchandise from the truck by lowering it to the ground.
• Inside Delivery  —  Customer must assist driver with off loading merchandise which will be brought to the inside of the facility/customer door (ground floor only).
• Inside Delivery with Helpers  —  You can request this type of delivery, at an extra charge. This is a good type of service when you are expecting a large volume of furniture/accessories or large heavy/bulky pieces and can help speed up the delivery process.
• Notify Before Delivery  —  If your facility is not staffed during regular delivery time (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday), the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery time for an additional charge of $9.75. Please specify when ordering.

Please note the following about shipping:

• K.D.  —  Some products are shipped Knocked Down to reduce shipping costs and prevent damage. Watch for K.D. as you shop as it will mean that the product will need assembly.
• Quick Ship  —  Can offer this depending on factory available stock, but this is not guaranteed. Quick Ship does not apply to any products where you choose special fabrics or finishes.
• Specialized Deliveries  —  It is important to review the following before a delivery:

• The size of the entry door
• Narrow halls with difficult turns
• The size of an elevator
• Difficult, narrow staircases

Returns and Cancellations

Returns and cancellations after shipment must be authorized in advance and are subject to freight and restocking charges. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
